Problems With Order

We take great care in packing every order. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos of the product(s) and packaging
  • A short unboxing video (if available)

Missing Items
Report within 48 hours of delivery. We may request:

  • Photos of everything received
  • Packaging photos and/or an unboxing video

Helpful Tip
We recommend taking a quick photo or video while opening your package to support any claims.

Returns
Due to the nature of tea, opened items cannot be returned. Approved issues may be resolved with a replacement or store credit.

All claims are carefully reviewed to ensure a fair and accurate resolution.

Tea is not a refundable item but we will issue a credit if you're not satisfied.  We want you to be happy with your purchase.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Which Carrier Do We Use?

We use the carrier which will get your order there ASAP.  It will be  ICS Courier, UPS and Canada Post.  It depends on your postal code.  Delivery is usually between 3-7 business days.
