Yaupon is the only caffeinated plant native to North America. This plant was used by native Americans and early settlers to North America. It was even shipped to Europe. No one knows why it went out of favour.
Here we are in the 21st century and it has been revived as a sustainable tea.

This medium roast has an amazing aroma of maple a beautiful golden liquor and flavour similar to yerbe matte but sweeter.
Packed in a cello bag which is biodegradable.
Brew 1 teaspoon in 8 ounces of water for 4 -7 minutes
